This release notes documentation contains the list of new features and fixed issues for Customer Self-service version 2023.11.2.
New features and enhancements
This section provides the list of new features and enhancements that have been added in this release.

| Account | Correspondence module is now available. |
| Account | The Balance column in the Account Financial History module has now been removed. |
| Registration | The signup link is now functional. Users can now register to gain access to the portal. |
| Registration | Validations in the PIN, GradedTax Number, Phone Number, and Email address fields have been added. |
| Registration | The default value for the Country code field is now set to Eswatini. |
| Registration | Password requirements are now displayed. Validations have been added to ensure these are followed. |
| Registration | New security questions have been added. |
| Side navigation menu | The color is now consistent with all items in the left navigation menu. |
| Tooltips | All the modules in the portal have been updated with new tooltips and section descriptions. |
| User Profile | The First Name and Last Name fields are now read-only and can no longer be edited. |
| User Profile | A validation has been added to ensure that no duplicate security questions and answers can be entered. |
| User Profile menu | Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy links have been added to the User Profile menu. |
Fixed issues
This section provides the list of issues that have been fixed in this release.

| Dashboard | The Tax type page now displays first when accessing an account with only one TIN in shadow mode. |
| Financial History User Profile | The Account Financial History and User Profile pages are now responsive and can be accessed on any device. |
| Login page | The login page is now responsive and can be accessed on any device. |
| Payment History | The sorting feature for all columns on the Payment History page is now working. |
| Payment History | Date filters for Payment History now work even if the Start Date and End Date are the same. |
| Registration | Fixed an issue where an email validation process encounters a timeout. |
| Reset Password | Fixed an issue where an incorrect OTP is displayed when canceling the password reset. |
| User Profile | Fixed an issue where an error message is displayed when adding a Phone Number in shadow mode. |
| User Profile | The Basic Details section now displays account user details in shadow mode. |
| User Profile | The dropdown arrows on the Security Question section are now aligned. |
