This release notes documentation contains the list of new features and pending items for Customer Self-service version 2023.11.1.

Release Highlights

  • Login and portal themes for TaxEase are pre-built, allowing for quick and easy personalization of your CSS portal.
  • You can now view and manage multiple TINs and tax roles within a single user account.
  • You can now track and maintain records of your filing, financial, and payment history through the Account and Payment modules.
  • You can now submit various types of tax forms through the CSS portal.

New features and enhancements

This section provides the list of new features and enhancements that have been added in this release.

AdminA Guided Assistance mode feature is now available to help the support team assist users with step-by-step instructions to complete tasks or navigate the application.
AlertsAlerts can now be set up and customized for your customers based on specific events or triggers.
​DashboardAll associated tax identification numbers (TINs) are displayed for your account and can be selected to view details.
DashboardAll associated tax type roles are displayed for your account and can be selected to view details.
PaymentYou can now keep track of all your payments through the Payment History page.
Responsive ViewYou can now access CSS portal on your mobile and tablet devices.

  • Individual TIN Registration
  • Pay as you earn
  • Personal Income Tax Return
  • Provisional Company
  • Provisional Individual
  • Withholdings Tax Form
ThemesLogin and portal theme following the TaxEase branding is now available in Themes and is ready to be applied to your CSS portal.
UserA User Profile page is now available to manage personal details, contact information, and security questions.
