Regulation of data privacy and protection

As we operate within the kingdom of Eswatini to ensure revenue collection for our local government, we comply with the Data Protection Act No. 5 of 2022. This Act provides for the collection, processing, disclosure, and protection of personal data and we recognise the privacy of our stakeholders under the law.
