In such circumstances we shall for purposes of protecting your information conclude agreements with third parties and such agreement will detail the measures such parties will have to employ to ensure the safety and security of your information.

We shall where such third parties are located outside Eswatini take the necessary steps to ensure that we verify that such a party has the necessary security measures and further ensure that the country where the party is located has sufficient data protection law commensurate with or even more advanced than own law in relation to privacy and data protection.
