How do I edit my name?
You cannot change your first or last name in the portal. If your name has changed, please contact [CONTACT INFORMATION].
How do I update my contact details?
Navigate to User > Edit Profile. Edit, delete, or add another phone type in the Phone Number section.
Can I add multiple mobile numbers to my account?
No, you can only add one mobile number. However, you can add a different Phone Type.
How do I know my account privileges?
To view your account privileges, navigate to the Role Details section on the User Profile page.
